Technically, yes, because he won't be facing the other team's top d-men, but overall I don't think it has that much of an impact because defense at the Junior level isn't good enough to really shut down a good player.
Offensive talents are going to get their numbers in junior, almost regardless of what the opposing team tries to do.

I’m very very lukewarm about Lindstrom, besides his physical package (ok that sounded wrong), there is nothing that overly excites me about his game. (Ok, that didn’t make it any better)
