Oh how weird, Beauchamp is replying to my one post referencing McDavid!

Was not expecting this, especially after WeHave replied for once too!

The world doesn't revolve around you.

Your posts about McDavid aren't the only ones I replied to during the last month.

Paranoia isn't your friend...
I don't think you've replied to anything else, I just know that if I even mention McDavid's name, it's a guaranteed reply from you.

Although it seems insane and impossible at the moment, I bet, within around 3 years, there will be rumblings of Marner wanting to come back.

I think Vegas is going to fall flat on its face with that aging roster. I think there’s a non-zero chance that Marner ends up being toxic over there before long and that he and Eichel will be oil and water, and that if Eichel walks as a UFA (odd that there’s zero talk of his status), it will be a disaster over there next year at this time. Whatever happens, when the dust settles, especially if the Leafs reach the next level without him, Marner is going to have major regrets with this decision and how he played this out.
I agree. He joined Vegas too late. This isn't Kadri going to a great young up-and-coming team or Kessel joining the Pens and adding important support scoring, that Vegas roster is simply not that good at all. They won and won't again.
And that owner is the most cut-throat in the NHL. They will dump anyone at anytime. He will regret this badly.

3 years of not winning anything and then the conversation will turn to Marner being a career loser and that at age 31/32, and them probably entering a tear down and rebuild stage, a ticket out of town would be necessary to send him to a contender and get back picks and prospects. How many contenders will want him and his remaining deal at that time, who knows.

The regime is ruthless they will make his life a living hell if he doesn’t produce or team doesn’t play well

Had it too easy in Toronto , failure after playoff failure there was no accountability for any star player

Going to be interesting to see how the goaltending develops the next 3 years. I assume they'll try to resign Stolarz for 1-2 years, but he may also sign elsewhere depending on the AAV. Hildeby is intriguing, but still needs some seasoning from what we've seen.
