Well, when they’ve had success generating chances, the Sens have been more patient in possession and attacked the middle from the wings. When they’ve tried fancy crossing patterns to the back post and long breakouts, they’ve mostly just turned the puck over. Their issues have been in possession, really, because they’ve done a really good job of making it tough for the Canes to get comfortable in the offensive zone. And somebody tell whoever said that they need better goaltending that they’re already getting Ullmark’s best … maybe a bit better than his best. Asking that guy to do more is stupid. What you want to do is ask him to do less by starving Carolina of possession more.
