The mentality to come back twice and take the lead is EVERYTHING.

Florida was still confident and cocky right up until that Domi goal.

Now they are legit rattled for the first tiime in at least 3yrs, maybe ever. This period was so so fucking huge.

Still have to close it out but this was abreal turning point. For the first time we are actually psychologically in the lead.

Rememebr that the panthers have always been underdogs in previous years in their own minds. Never favorites. Being ubderdogs is way way easier.

Berube has the forward staying high when floridas d pinch. Which they do a lot. It has led to a handful of odd man rushes. It’s the first good adjustment the Leafs coaches have made in the playoffs in 20 years.

They just gotta figure out the Panthers PK.
