Sometimes you need to take steps and be satisfied with progress. Of course we all would love a Cup now, but do you really think this group is ready for that? I’ll take a conference finals appearance at this point, and hopefully we get even more.Now's the time. Next year is for suckers.

It’s been longer than I’d like as well. But expecting a Cup this season after only advancing past the first round once in past years is unrealistic IMO. You don’t go from A ball to the big leagues.
