Nope.

Holl was signed to his first NHL deal when Lou was the GM, though obviously Holl was and is 100% a Dubas acquisition in reality.

Lilly was also drafted when Lou & Hunter were both still here running the show.

And as far as prospects go, Ian Scott and Joseph Woll were both Lou/Hunter picks. And I’m pretty sure we still own the rights to some of their shitty late-round KHL picks, and one or two US college kids.

But that’s about it, I believe.

It's funny too because Dubas has also always been big on mentorship. He brought Clune in to the Marlies and continues to sign old boys for cheap. Lou paid a pile of money and a 1st round pick for it ffs.

When people post that photo of Marner and Matthews making faces with Marleau and his family i want to vomit. People have used that in the argument Marleau was a great mentor.
