Numbers matter on the habs board. Height is all the matters though.

Wonder where I saw the stats then.... Somebody posted them... Maybe it was on the leaf board or in a linked article.

Nothing will change. I know a few kids who play fairly high level and the hazing is still going on. Vets are holding rookie drafts to see who they get to "destroy" this season and a threatened with making their year hell if they speak a word of it
 
I think the hazing is a cycle, to break it you need to start over. You need leaders that didn't experience hazing, who won't feel the need to perpetuate it. The only way I can think that you could accomplish this would be to shut it down to 2-3 years.

..and stop protecting these shits. If they break the law, let them and their families deal with it.
