I think Slaf ends up being another Galchenyuk type.Farrell I would. Not the other two.

Level off there? If I were a Habs fan, I would be pretty happy if that ends up being his ceiling.I don't think so. 1) he's a health nut and 2) bigger faster better with the right attitude.
I think the draft was meh so they took the guy with all the tools thinking they'll put it together.
Not even close to the Galchenyuk vibes.
He could level off at 25/60 sure but I think there's more there.
Hey I'm not blaming the Habs. The draft was shit. Cooley might be the only player that makes me even decently horny in the top 10. A whole lotta meh other than that and that's not the Habs fault.Which player from that draft is in the NHL again? Not every team is lucky to suck and win the lottery when a Matthews is available.
He's young. Still way too early to call him a bust.
Galch was skilled and speedy, and looked pretty good out of the gate. And scored 20, then 30, in short order, which supported the positive outlook on him. Not sure why he fell off a cliff, but it wasn't something necessarily foreseeable, and doesn't change that he had a nice upward trajectory initially. He's almost 6'4", 235 now and not done growing.
Galchenyuk was not. Not small but not a linebacker on skates.
He's a very nice prospect. I'd be stoked if the leafs had him in their system. But I think you can find a guy like that where the leafs pick (if lucky) and not 1st overall.
Very bad luck to get the 1st pick in the worst year ever to get the 1st pick
Which is why anyone? Anyone?
Patience oh biased one. There's reason for optimism in Habs land.
