Lot's of reasons for him to drop, COVID draft so not a lot of games to scout, he's also an undersized forward (5'8", 170lbs). A few Draft guides had him as a late first rounder, but mostly second round. Dallas also had a lot of picks that draft - a perfect storm.

No one touches Dallas for drafting. they are getting superstars with picks you'd think were top 5 in late 1st, 2nd, 3rd rounds.
