Around the League 2019-2024 Edition

It’s still so bizarre to me that Marchand went from being basically a Darcy Tucker clone up until he was 26 to a superstar at 27 years of age.

And not only has he not looked back since then, but the little fucker’s kept improving through his late 20’s and early 30’s.

It’s like the Bruins found some super-soldier serum and shot him up with it.
That late start cost him so much money. He signed for the max he could get at the time.
Marchand is very underrated still. I never see him in top 5 lists, and not in top 10 in some.

when did he start on bergerons line?

If Hyman’s out for the season, I hope we dress Sabourin for the next Canucks game with strict instructions to give a good ole Bobby Clarke tomahawk chop to Hughes or Petterson’s ankle.

I doubt the Canucks could win another game if Holtby had to start the balance of the schedule. They could still win a game with one (or both) of those guys out of the lineup if Demko was the starter.

They got rid of the best part of their team.

trust fund Molson kid better take a step back and get an outside firm to hire him a real team president, who can then go about hiring a real GM.
