In a vacuum, his trades are usually pretty good.

Role players are easy to find if you're willing to give them big ass contracts. Giving up players in acquisition cost just to have the honour of being the one to pay them market rate isn't exactly an enviable skill as a GM.

For the trades that he's won, I don't know if they even up the loss on Drouin/Sergachev. You guys could really use a 22 yr old top pairing LHD these days.
