Shaden Freud > Sigmund FreuFreud
Despite all the acclaim about their hot start and Freddy's hot start, Alex Nedeljkovic has .923% with Detroit and is 25. That was a puzzling move by Carolina. They wait 5 years for him to develop, then trade him after his breakout season. And he wasn't even going to be that expensive.
Making the call: All of Mrazek, Reimer, and Nedeljkovic will have a higher save percentage than Freddy and Raanta by christmas.
Ned and Reims I can see. Not too sure about Mrazek.
But I guess Mrazek has a rep for being streaky too, which should hopefully at some point work to our advantage. Dude’s actually got to stay healthy for more than 10 seconds, though.
That's fair enough. It's how I feel about KK.Give it a few more weeks bud.
You're just not grasping how many times we've seen this movie before
KK is a baby though, still only 21 yrs old. You're confusing prospect fatigue with analysis here. That's fair enough. It's how I feel about KK.
Feelings remain the sameKK is a baby though, still only 21 yrs old. You're confusing prospect fatigue with analysis here.
Freddy, we've seen so the same shit for years, even when the media was calling him a vezina candidate it was the same story. The story just got progressively worse the last few years. You don't even really know KK yet.
Feelings remain the same
It's likely yes.You know there's a good chance that he turns into a solid 2nd line centre, eh?
And Mrazek? Here's why most of us are so comfortable with calling Freddy trash:
Month by month SV% (4 gms or less omitted)

In his last 10 months of starts, he's been better than a .904 (aka, bad) 3 times and he's been proper fucking dreadful (anything that starts with an 8) 4 times.
He also has a history of being worse to significantly worse in the 2nd half, even in his prime years in Toronto.
Just looking at prime Freddy years:

There's also a good chance Freddy still outplays Mrazek.

not sure why you'd believe in Reimer over Mrazek.
I like my call.
