The fact you don't see it in the way you present your "facts" is ridiculous. You really are obtuse. I thought Florida lost steam as it went on, were a little less sharp, maybe a result of the ridiculously long layoff. Which is unfortunate, because the team that wraps up the previous series quicker should never be put at a disadvantage because of doing so. Too long.

I don't bully people on the Leafs board or anyplace else. All I've ever done over there is point out the fact that their team is a fraud and I have 56 years of data to back up that claim. But feel free to ask any one or all of them if they feel bullied by me. Trolled sure. Annoyed, fair play. But bullied? Not a chance.

I thought it was a weird move myself. Maurice had been around forever and was the definition of mediocre, missing the playoffs more often than not , and never did any better than one finals.
It turned out way better than I was expecting.

  • Minor penalties dealt the same as major: a team which caused a minor penalty will remain shorthanded even if the opposing team score a goal
  • Serving delayed penalties: a minor penalty will be served even if a goal is scored while a delayed penalty is pending
  • Shorthander erases current minor penalty: if a shorthanded team score, the minor penalty against will end

I've been saying that's how the first two should be for years.

Never thought of the third one but I like it too.
 
Somewhere between the Carolina series and this one, we have lost Sergei Bobrovsky and the Florida Panthers.

Just what we need to sustain my interest in the series-a blowout.
