Around The League - 2024-25 Regular Season

I'm honestly surprised they didn't do it the Canadiens way and announce that he'd be out indefinitely with a lower body injury. I was told by some here that it takes a long time to figure out the extent of the injuries some players have.

Meanwhile, some organizations who aren't scared of their own shadows and who, apparently, have doctors that can actually read an x-ray, MRI & CT scan without needing additional consultations, figure it out in real time.
haha, we could have a guy's leg blown off and the team would state that the severity is unknown

NJ leaking goals.

I wonder if Tampa is cooked?

Washington surely is. Maybe it’s they who go for McKenna instead of Pittsburgh.

How? Slaf pretty much only looked good with Suzuki or Dach.

Monahan 5on5 has been quite average. He’s great on the PP though.
Monahan’s last 6GP w Habs had Slaf as his LW (at 5–on-5) and PP - he accumulated 10-of his-35 pts during that sequence

That's some very nice cheerleading.

What I think is more probable? That it's only three games in Winnipeg.

But if we're playing The Alex Jones Game Of Conspiracy Thoeries, Monahan's value got inflated on a team with extremely limited offensive talent, giving him (by default) more ice time & opportunities that he wouldn't have been given on legit teams.

Lindstrom getting traded early was a benefit to the Habs.
