Fred is the least of their problems

He was elite last year in the playoffs with a team that couldnt score

This year he needed to be better like every other facet of their team

PK and PP was terrible and overall team D wasnt good enough , their solid D gave Rangers too much to time

Blaming him is like Toronto blaming Samsonov for their playoff woes

Fred was a problem against the Rangers. Gave up 3+ goals and saved under .900 in 5 of 6 of the games. When your team is facing a hot goalie, you need to step up, and he didn't.

They dont get involved in overpaying vets with term

Letting Necas go has nothing to do with KK`s contract

They dont want to pony up something like 7/7 for what he brings to the table

Slavin might be only D that gets reupped and not sure what they do with Guenzal
