What's silly is rooting for the Leafs to win a game in order for the Habs to gain ground in the standings. Rooting for the Leafs is always wrong.
The greater good is for us, we are all that matter, if it takes the Leafs winning a cup for us to win another, I will pay that price. I am well aware you would happily never win again if it meant the Leafs never win again. We see the world differently.

If you put yourself into a situation where you need a Leafs win, you've already lost.
yeah if you are going to have a month long injury, it helps when there are no games for 2 weeks to say the least
