Hes still good enough to be a 2C. He's certainly better than any center we have not named Suzuki.
And yes he will decline but we've been babying names like Marchessault, Duchene and Giroux around as a solution to our 2C problem. RNH is a better option than any of them (if he were available, which he isn't)
he is also far more expensive and as you would claim, a pussy. His one redeeming feature is that he is a BWC guy like my son was but I wouldn't want him on the team.

Centre's dont need to be bruisers if they have a winger who can bang. And he's playing in his second final and is dealing with the physical play just fine.
Edmonton isn't looking to move him so it's a moot point but he would be a nice upgrade, despite his elitist BWC connections.
