I'll just tag you as a welcher for a little while. In the "spirit" of things, I have "confidence" you'll understand.
 
Nope, beyond my control... welching on a bet however isn't beyond yours.

Just can't admit you didn't live up to the bet can you. Weak moral character.
 
Like I said, I'll happily do the time that I missed (although I am pretty awesome for my predictive powers). I also get extra karmic points for my past agreements that I extended through no outside involvement.

But I'm not having it up for a ridiculous additional period of time for something you didn't even notice until Mr. Brown Noser brought it to your attention.
 
Now just admit you were wrong in taking the avatar down before the end of the playoffs. No excuses, no stipulations, no explanations... just wrong. It was what we agreed upon. You're the first Leaf fan to not fully pay up on a lost bet to me. Tsk tsk Jayz, reflects poorly on you.
 
I shouldn't have taken it down before the period ended, but I am happy that my confidence in Chicago had a corollary effect on them beating Boston.

Got to be confident.

Fine, I shouldn't have taken it down. Although it was such an eyesore I don't think anyone else could blame me. I got a lot of complaints about it.
