Hey-have any of you STM's heard when we will be able to access our tix and exchange them? I keep pestering my rep and he says "sometime next week." Ticketmaster is showing single game tix going on sale to the public on 8/14-i thought the STM's got an early access?
 
In the past that early access has been as short as a day or two, so ... Monday or Tuesday next week, maybe?

Had to call the office today-our early access starts tomorrow before the public gets access on Thurs. I think it sucks that I saw an instagram post about the public texting to get early access but no email to the STM's,
They said "just log into your account to tomorrow", but couldn't tell me a time it is live or not.

I got a card from my rep last week that didn’t mention anything about it. I saw the posts about early access for text subscribers on socials and checked the Canes website and found the STM date on the individual game tickets link.
 
Are they intentionally trying to make sure there are some tickets left for people to pay full price for by not informing STMs of the one day advanced window? As it is, there hasn't been much of an STM discount on individual tickets anymore the last few years. With the record number of STMs, in theory, there shouldn't be as many individual tickets available as there were in the past. We will see later today, I will be poking around for sure.

Maybe so. I know the early STM window all but obliterated the stock of available tickets last season. There was much whinging about it from the general public on social media

I was able to log on shortly after 12:00 and exchange my preseason game for opening night, and then it locked me out when I tried to exchange another game later in the season. There appeared to be lots of availability for opening night......

Are the exchange dates somewhere on the Canes website? All I see is the 2023-24 exchange calendar.

When I pulled up my tickets, there's a transfer, sell and more tab. The more tab takes you to exchange. When it worked the first time, when I hit the exchange button it brought up all of the available games, but the seat selection was pretty cumbersome.

I also saw a link in the email that came out at noon.
 
i don't think they're 'blacking' out this year(*) but rather assigning a value to each game and letting us pay the upcharge.. I was able to exchange the preseason games for the opener and for 1/12 EStaal game but had to pay upcharge for each exchange. And the parking passes aren't on the account yet, so I don't know that I have matching parking for my exchanges yet.

I called my rep as he tried to help me exchange for the Utah game, but he told me it was blocked. I'll give it a bit and try again.

Ah, I found the fine print on that tier chart why it let me... up on the calendar portion under October:

"*10/11 is a Tier 1 game, but ISeligible for exchange, based on availability"

I do appreciate that there are more games to exchange into. I would rather that and I pay the difference then only having a handful of exchange options.

They do also have the 'buyback' option this season where you can sell up to 5 games worth of tickets back to the Canes in return for a credit towards next season's season tickets (ONLY OPTION FOR THE BUYBACK MONEY IS TOWARD NEXT SEASON'S SEASON TIX).

Obviously they are doing something to hold back lower level tickets from STMs for games beyond the Home opener at the moment. The home opener has a very large number of tickets available for purchase right now, but if you look at any other game there are very few lower level tickets being made available.
