I love how we've purposely made our team worse offensively when scoring goals is the reason we never win in the playoffs. Our defensive numbers aren't even that impressive.
Without winning the Atlantic they are 1st round fodder.

I wanted to vomit when I heard the Laughton trade was made and the media mentioned "Character guy:
" 1000X in the first hour of the trade.
This team has so little interest in skill. We even make our skilled superstars less skilled on purpose.

Just remembered Carcone is the guy the Leafs traded Leivo for. It’s kinda insane the number of garbage prospects Dubas identified that turned into decent NHLers. Moore, Marchment, Brazeau, McMann, Carcone, Holl. All those guys were just AHL fliers.

It’s especially weird considering he drafted like shit and all his NHL fliers were garbage (Ritchie, Petan. timmins, Malgin etc)
