I think the only issue I take with Poulin's comment is that without Rielly and Muzzin, our D is DEFINITELY going to make mistakes and it shouldn't be surprising at all - you need your goaltender to make big saves.

That's fair, but one of them mentioned that too (Rielly and Muzzin coming back).

and then Poulin started shitting on how bad we were defensively, and that pulling Freddy would have been letting the team off of the hook for how bad defensively they were.

Which was ridiculous, so I mentioned it.

I didnt listen to him, but yeah it would be nice to hear something like "leafs are missing half their D a team leader like freddy HAS to step up her and absolutely CANNOT let that crap in."
 
Engvall needs to be a bit more north-south. He's kind of a turnover machine when he tries to play a skill/vision game
 
I didn't see what Poulin said but without watching I can give the Preston guarantee that it was dumb. Nothing remotely intelligent comes out of that man. Ever.
