ok so in a very small sample size the leafs have a decent record in games where kampf starts the ot. the question is though how many of those games did he have any impact on winning?
on a team this talented a guy like kampf shouldn't touch the ice in a five minute overtime unless its on a pk.
it seems we are jumping through an awful lot of hoops trying to galaxy brain, 4d chess justify playing one of our worst players over our best players

The Leafs were sucking serious ass in OT, so Keefe took the drastic step of starting Kampf in OT and....it's been working. The Team is winning, Kampf is barely out there, and never gets scored on when he is. There's also plenty of good coaches who also think starting their 4C in OT can be a good idea.
is it any hoops at all even?
