I am pretty sure Andersen will get another start tonight in back to back after his shutout last night. It's the last game before the Christmas break anyways so why not?

It's Auston's home coming, and the local fans will go crazy over one of their own's first NHL game in their backyard. Yeah, all 546 of them will go nuts :)

Meanwhile the Leafs are still seeking first win in 2nd game of back-to-back, let's hope the buds can get that tonight.

I guess Babs will go with the same lineup (that he started the game with, at least) after the win last night, which means:

JVR - Kadri - Marner
Hyman - Matthews - Brown
Sosh - Goat - Komarov
Martin - Froese - Nylander

Leafs vs Phoenix - 9PM SN-ON

There's no such thing as a must-win game in December, but this is as close as it gets. Four points out of the playoffs with a game in hand on every team in their division if they win tonight. Still think they're a bit of a longshot to make it but at least staying in the race all season is important for their development.

Bibeau is starting which makes me nervous, plus they haven't looked great in back to backs so this one is far from a guarantee.

Small request....but a handful of guys that make GDT's always make sure to put the start time & channel the game will be on, and it's super convenient getting that simple information instantly from the GDT title.

Anyway, cheers those that always add that extra touch....it's appreciated.

....and thanks to zeke for the pre-game stat lines every time......none of us would ever do it, and it's always something I check out before every single game.

I'm going to do a major flip flop on Sosh. Send the guy down, call up Leipsic. They need to know what they have in Leipsic since I don't believe he is waiver exempt starting next season. Plus who knows, he may be worth protecting in the draft. Kapanen may be a better NHL player, but I don't mind leaving him down for the rest of the year if this freakish luck in health continues on the wing this year.

This is usually a bad idea, but given our options and that we have the break immediately after, I'm glad Babcock went this route. Intrigued to see how Frezina* looks on this b2b.

It would be nice for this team to get a head of steam going into the new year.

Also, I think there's something wrong with M. He sounds almost sentimental.

I binge watched TNG this summer, having only seen 10-15 episodes before. I was warned about how weird that...story line... was. Still wasn't fully prepared.





Also, where is that place that has the good streamer?
