What’s the logic behind not playing Arber X against a nasty team like the Caps but playing him tonight against a team as soft as us? Anyone?

Maybe a softie team wont need him to take dumb penalties

Caps with Wilson and others might make him do stupid things
 
Probably because Arber was so bad against Kraken, he needed to sit. And Barron needed to get back in to test his fitness, but isnt quite ready yet.

Because other than Sid, Malkin, and Letang the rest of the Pens are a bunch of talentless sloths ..

Caps on the other hand had size + speed + considerably more skill

The pro scouts have caught up w Xhekaj’s low play reading ability & lack of lateral mobility being areas of enormous weakness
