I am saddened by the fact it appears none of our players are progressing, if anything, they are regressing. Is it coaching, or just the long term losing malaise creeping in.

This team reminds me of the 1992 Expos, except it’s not the manager / coach as the issue but simple infusion of fresh young blood to build up momentum
