Yes, a decent team would have finished us off in the first half of the game when we had no legs. Completely different game in the second half.

This is what I hate most about he current draft system. Teams can decide to be as bad as they can possibly be, or have a completely incompetent management team. Either way, they stand to reap the rewards. In Chicago's case, they have made no attempt to ice a competitive team for a number of years.

Hawks signed a bunch of UFAs last summer.
Before that they tried to be competitive under GM Stanley but simply made poor decisions
