Yeah, what’s the rush to get rid of him? He’s learning how to coach in the NHL as well. If he hasn’t figured it out in 2-3 years, then make the change then. If he does figure it out, you could have a 10 year coach here.

Anderson and Gallagher have 4 years remaining and that's $12m for two bottom six players. Translation? You're likely not signing a star player through UFA.
