GDT: Game 5 - Habs @ Bruins – Sat May-10, 2014 - 7:00 pm

If Max-DD can step up and provide some offense we have a great chance tonight.

If not it'll be tough to find goals given the PP's are not exactly abundant for either side
 
BOSTON - Bruins coach Claude Julien gave the on-ice officials a thumbs-up Saturday.

"I have no complaints about the refereeing in this series," he said ahead of Game 5. "I think they've done a wonderful job in letting both teams play. And at the end of the night, for the most part, the better team's won."

Julien seemed to think differently in Game 2, when he was assessed a bench minor for "abusive language" in a night that saw 15 penalties called, including nine against his team.

Told that Julien thought the officials were doing a wonderful job, Montreal coach Michel Therrien roared with laughter.

"I'm sure he said that," he added between chuckles.

Asked for his thoughts on the officials, Therrien smiled and said: "They're doing a great job."

The last two games of the series produced just five penalties in total. Games 1 had seven penalties.

The second-round playoff series was tied 2-2 after four games.

Julien is an hypocritical ass.

Of course he has no issue, if left to play by their own devices no calls benefits his team.
 
Whining in the media works, Juien knows how to play the game. With the whistles put away it obviously helps the Bruins since part of their game plan in intimidation.
 
Yep. Whine and moan until the squeaky wheel gets oiled. Therrien needs to learn that trick. Disgusting how few penalties were called against the Ruins in Montreal.

MT playing not to lose, it's the only reason to have an injured energy guy in there in place of Briere... then add in Murray, MT's trying to win a 1-0 OT game.
 
had to cancel visit to our place tonight because of game . i can't watch such a game with guest and good part is they understood it ..
