GDT Game 70: VS Senators, Tuesday, April 5, 7:00 PM EST

Nice to see some players have re-discovered their scoring touch, but man this team sucks defensively.

Yes, fun to watch but if we were playing for real that does seem to be something that needs adjustment. There's a lot of room out there. Not saying to bring back Claude Julien or Jacques Martin mind you. It may simply be that Marty is letting them run for now. Or he has not figured that part out yet.
 
They will probably hire some old fart assistant coach to help shore up the defensive play. If Price comes back, it wont be long before he starts complaining about the lack of support.

Except it gets annoying when the other team is laughing and giggling because the Habs are an easy team to pad your stats. Like that nobody Lomberg on the Panthers, laughing all night cause he's Gretzky when playing against the Habs.

We have 3 defensemen in the lineup totaling less than 30 NHL games combined.
 
One guy who has to go is Hoffman. Doesn't contribute much offensively (like he should) and makes horrible decisions with the puck.
