Nice to see us score off a mistake for a change. It's not all Gardiner's fault that he ends up skating back-our forwards are not always in support positions.

We should have been in on him this summer. Lecavalier & Iginla, with Jagr being the Iginla fall back. Instead...we get a 5.25 million mediocre 3rd liner.
 
I've pretty much avoided first periods for the past month. Not even a conscious thing, I just seem to find a way to busy myself with other things until the second.
 
I think Clarkson would be a great 4th liner to replace Orr. Much like he was for the majority of his career. He's not good enough defensively or offensively to fill a 3rd line role, though.
