Habs News & Notes: Training Camp 2015

• Zack Kassian's immediate future may get clarified later today. Lots of moving parts, including injury status, status with Habs, status with NHL.
• Kassian case makes busy Monday morning that much busier for GM Marc Bergevin. Tokarski or Condon, who goes down? Trade Tinordi? Or waivers?

IF accurate, I suppose lesser of two evils, as Friedman said last week MB would rather swin in Cheese Wiz than lose Tinordi to waivers - suspect there's very little market value at present.

There's plenty of time till what 5pm? Let's see how this unfolds...

MTL told Tokarski this morning he would be on waivers today. So it's Price and Condon. Condon hasn't played NHL regular season game yet.
 
Glad the Habs saw the light and waived Tokarski. Sorry for him in a personal level but on the ice, he has sucked for a year now. Simply horrible. He seems nervous, out of place and couldn't shake it. Good call at least to keep Coudon who was the superior backup in training camp (did not even allowed a single goal). Now it will be interesting to see how he goes against regular NHLers. Worst case, Bergevin might use that spare cap money on a veteran goaltender.

• Bergevin stresses he doesn't have all the information on the Kassian incident, but that it's "disappointing to say the least."

Bergevin says he had very clear discussions with Kassian about his rep and the opportunity he had to change it.
