I have no issue with most of the questions he asks. It's the fact that he never gives his guests the time to fully answer the questions without interrupting them (usually so he can do his schtick) that I find grating. When you have a good guest who is articulate and has stuff to say, ask your question then shut the fuck up and the guest speak. But he's so wrapped up in his own persona that the podcast has to always be about himself.
