When I wrote my original statement, it wasn't that I believed that no goalie would ever make as much as Price ever again. Of course they will. Salaries in pro sports only ever go up. But if you're asking will the Habs spend that much on a goalie in the next few years? Not a fucking chance. Fowler could be the second coming of Patrick Roy and he's never getting that kind of money. Not from this franchise, at least not a mere year or two removed from finally paying out the last of the Price deal.
better than CHARTZ.
0.87 p/gp Celebrini. Hutson is 0.81I heard some dingo on TSN say that Celibacy was playing at a point per game pace and that makes him somehow more remarkable than our dude.
I think TSN was trying to stir shit up.
Embrace knowledge you illiterate potheadbetter than CHARTZ.
That's not close to a ppg. Especially considering how few games are left.0.87 p/gp Celebrini. Hutson is 0.81
I can guarantee you that he will be working on his shot the entire off-season. Quinn Hughes’ shot wasn’t great at first either.Yes we need to sign Lane to long term...
But...but.....no one else is a bit (just a bit) worried that he doesn't have a shot from the point ?
He's only got 5 goals....by next season, most teams will have adapted and will know he will never shoot the puck, so it'll be easier for them to take away his passing lanes....
Ok...i'll shut up now....
I see what you did there.I can guarantee you that teams have already looked at what he does and can't stop him from doing it. His puck handling and edge work make it difficult to stop.

his -9 is actually close to 0 when you remove the empty net goals. What kills me are people criticizing Hutson for his defensive play (clearly they haven't seen him play) by pointing out his -9, but yet seems to be fine with Celibrini -32.
Come on, he has 59 points, we are not talking about Bobby Orr and a 130 point season, that was unstoppable.I see what you did there.
