Just looking at the two months, what a change in the team's numbers as a whole.

October: 38.60 xGF% – 29th
November: 51.92 xGF% – 12th

We didn't have one regular over 50% in October, 12 in November.

It incorporates puck possession numbers, time in offensive zone etc. His November numbers indicate he should be scoring more or that the team should be when he's on the ice. So it's a bit of head case and bad luck.
