Hey Nerds: Blockchain

The nice bit about today is that while riding Green Thumb to a daily trend change, I was able to buy Verano back lower than where I trimmed a bunch in the last week or so. So I held cash in case the name and sector plummeted, but was still able to buy back lower if I saw my odds increase for a daily trend change.

And that's exactly what happened to Verano Holdings Corporation. I bought the Curaleaf dip too and scaled out slowly as it fired off. Love seeing these daily trend changes .Thumb first, Verano next.. Cresco is closest to be the next with MSOS and Trulieve not far behind. Need to hold these gains. There can't be a wipeout near close again. Thumb needs a close about 30.50 and Verano above 15.85.

Took a bite on Cresco Labs with the Curaleaf profits when I exited that position entirely. It's a bet on a daily trend change really, now that I see Verano and Thumb got them.

The Cresco bet has worked in a big fucking way. Got to catch most of the Cresco and Curaleaf moves today in addition to Verano and Thumb. Trulieve is the only one I don't have exposure to.

TSLA fallen a bunch this week with Musk's selloff, although still crazy to think it still didn't dip below 1k this week even with the craziness.

If I had the guts I would've shorted the shit out of it the second he said he was thinking of selling off 10%.

In a normal situation, I wouldn't risk it, not to mention with TSLA, where if Musk says they're thinking of changing from an EV maker to a horse chariot manufacturer, it would probably double.

TLRY getting WSB chatter. SNDL posted tire fire earnings and pumped hard last night AH. That's when I bought TLRY. Set my stop, and ready and willing to let it ride and see if the degenerate crowd can take it as far as I'd like it to go. If it busts through 12.71 resistance things may get wet n' wild.

EDIT: broken. This might get nutso today.

i have a few SNDL leap calls that I've been patiently trying to get rid of, lol. Please pump all day, k thx.

Crazy sell volume on Tilly and SNDL this morning. I'm still in but realllllly close to my stop loss. I could see it blasting upwards even if my stop is triggered but staying disciplined after a historic week or so in the ol' Prestfolio.

$IWM is my clue for where a lot of this shit goes today. If it blasts off I like the odds of Tilly and other MJ holding their dicks or surging higher. A bear break and there may be some turbulence.

You love the memes don't you?

Seriously though, what is this?

It's just words. A lot of them.
Honestly, it's the last straggler. I am pretty much only Crypto now and a little bit of tech and energy. Learned a lot over the past year or so on how I choose my investments, lol.

Hey memes can pay very well. More than solid fundamentally-based investments in most cases. If your risk tolerance is there, have at it.

Yeah as long as you don't get swept into the hype you can do well. Social Sentiment investing is actually a thing.

Attempted Tilly again as soon as MSOS grabbed the trend change. 12.20 entry, stop-loss at the low of the day. Risking a little to potentially get a meme boom if/when money rotates to Canadian MJ.

The day isn't done, mind you, but let's recap the last 8 days in my degenerate weed account:

After an 8 month bleed I was 1-2% away from 2021 lows last Thursday. 6 trading days later? Highs of 2021. 8 months of losses and averaging down (and getting those purchases wiped out continuously) all wiped out in 6 days.

what a 5 day stretch! MSOS looks like it's closing strong. LT folio caught a 15% boner this week.

In my trading account, I'm hooked on MQ. Thing has more moves than Connor McDavid.

From the bottom in like a week:
Thumb: +47%
Verano: +41%
Trulieve: +30%
Cresco: +29%
Curaleaf: +19%
MSOS: +25%

Verano is my largest position with Thumb in 2nd place. Trimmed some of both today but this train could continue into next week easily. I was very exposed + playing laggards and catching a lot of the Curaleaf and Cresco moves as well (and like 3% of the Trulieve move) and am now getting back to more manageable longterm positions as I scale out on some big ass moves.

So let's just say this goes up another 25% or so like I need it to be back at break even, is it sensible to sell considering this run up?

I'm really not even sure I want to be holding any of it anymore, but if I did, would it be best to just leave things as they are, or sell out at a slight profit and wait for another pullback?

If you're not feeling it, take that as your exit and look away. YOU have to be comfortable as an investor and have conviction or it's never gonna work.
