Hey Nerds: Blockchain

My tech nerd buddy that got laid off by meta said he worked like 15 min per day max usually. He'd take naps during the day regularly. And many of his colleagues were in the same boat and a couple even held multiple jobs at once. All for a ~330k salary at Meta. They had a lot of fat to trim for sure. It truly was the beginning of their snapback. Poor guy sold the rest of his shares far lower to reinvest in index funds, would have been a 100k+ swing if he held.
 
Tech cos massively overspent for almost a decade, they were growing so fast and money was so cheap, they’d rather overpay an employee than see that “talent” slip away to a competitor or start their own company
 
IIPR was a bust -- I'm out.

Added to my JUSH holdings -- seems like a decent catchup play
 
Jewshi has great upside yeah. I still say CBST has the most but there are some external factors that could kill the play.

To expand, after the HHS announcement it went to like $2 back in September. Since then, a fund manager that held a fuck ton of CBST killed himself and the fund must sell their assets, so that has added to the selling pressure significantly and they have diluted a bit to pay some debt, though the dilution wasn't really that extreme. That's it. Nothing else really changed. Still the same old shitty company, not any better or worse than a POS like AYR, for example.

Definitely not without risk, pain could last a long time. But I'm positioned accordingly. I was heavier above 60c but scaled back once that was lost. As long as the overall sector holds up, I think it's worth keeping a bit of this one just due to the sheer upside. May add if 60c is regained and we get some real traction.

The CBST drama has been a fascinating follow. I felt strongly about yesterdays clear unwinding and purchased a good amount. Sold a bunch already today for profits because I was alarmingly overweight but the upside is still the best in cannabis.

AAWH and CBST outperforming MSOS today. That's my entire weedfolio right now so it's a good day. 60c on CBST must be held

Just looked at my portfolio for first time in like 18 months and saw the Dow up to nearly 39k holy fuck I just retired to live the presto life.
