Vicent will take over one day , doubt MSL steps down this yearI’m referring to MSL, obviously. I think he’s safe until the new year but if there’s no improvement once Laine is back . . . might be time to get ready for Pascal Vincent, or someone else.
As Frank the Tank says, winning is fascist. Last night though can't really pin the loss on him. Another called back goal (fans are going to have to stop cheering until they drop the puck as I swear 1 in 5 goals are now called back) and bad goaltending by 35 on the tying and winning goal.
Yeah not exactly sure what Evans was doing on that play. It was brutalCalgary’s 2nd goal was embarrassing, and likely due to the hybrid D. If Nick Suzuki can’t grasp the system… I dunno.
Yeah, who would have thought that hiring someone with no coaching experience except (quite literally) for coaching children and an assistant on the PP for half a year in the NHL might not work out.
Looking like Marty St. Louis will be the guy
Which is amazing considering that my son has played against him and his '08 Mid-Fairfield Jr. Rangers team (his younger son plays on that team) twice in the last 8 months - lost both times but by a goal. Can't tell if he can coach pros, however.www.forumice.com
It was really a no-risk hiring. If it doesn’t work out, no biggie. The team sucks anyway.
did you watch the HBO show Winning? They sure made Pat Riley out to be a weasel in it.Yeah. He’s worth a try. If he can’t make his system work, there’s always college and he can be like Paul Westhead who got fired by the Lakers but regained success in college

yeah the Jerry Buss character was well played.I enjoyed John C Reilly… a lot
Unfortunately for Riley, the series got terminated before he established himself as one of the GOATS
Jean Perron is still alive?Jean Perron s’attend à voir Martin St-Louis démissionner avant Noël
Il pense que Kent Hughes et Martin St-Louis vont se séparer d’un accord commun.www.danslescoulisses.com
Jean Perron is still alive?
He won the Cup. That's all that matters. It would seem so. When the Habs hired him to coach he was viewed as an innovator, believe it or not. Tom Watt and him, and then Keenan, were the first CIAU coaches in the NHL.
I like that we didn't. If we want more of the old boys club then just hire an old boy as coach. I like the fresh approach.I like Martin but it’s beyond comprehension that we didn’t force him to have a seasoned assistant. All our previous rookie coaches did, and they alll had more coaching experience than him.
you don't need seasoned assistants when you aren't trying to winI like Martin but it’s beyond comprehension that we didn’t force him to have a seasoned assistant. All our previous rookie coaches did, and they alll had more coaching experience than him.
