It's been a long four years, the return of the magic number thread

gotta turn it up so that we don't become the first Hab team to miss four years in a row

I have never wanted the playoffs more than I do this year, after three of the worst seasons in franchise history, I need some success and yes, just making them this year will be a success
 
The past 3 years of CAM have been productive and successful off the ice, which will lead to increased success on it. This year's team, if they make it, will be able to say they earned it and we will all be secure in the knowledge that management did not blow their brains out on useless deadline day acquisitions to get them over the hump. The guys already in the room did it on their own. How you win is important, and this team is doing it all natural, with no added ingredients.
 
I guess we will be backing into the playoffs once more….

Now we have to hope we can beat the Stanley Cup champions back to back
 
so for tonight: Lightning need to win against Islanders, Sens need to win against Columbus, and San Jose need to win against Rangers…..for us to go back into last WC spot.....all 3 wins in regulation

The race to the bottom continues. Yeah, at some point we have to win. We will. Not sure why people keep pimping the Rangers here. They have been playing horribly for weeks, not just the last few games, like us. That team is "broken."
