Ivan Demidov - Montreal Canadien

I was buying under 2700 though so I'm happy to not be hurting as badly as most. I feel for them though, unless they voted for Trump, then they deserve this.

If I play this right there'll be some good buys coming up. Trump just scares me though so that's effecting my decision making.

schrodinger's investment

Basically all my gains last year are gone but I have 10 years to recover, will be back by end of the year, but I know Trump is selling short the bastard

I was in the midst of recalibrating/rebalancing (for totally different reasons) when this shit went down. So I got a little lucky, but some stuff was exposed.

And so it begins….

Stormy Romance: Will Rotenberg Stay at SKA After Sensational Elimination from the Gagarin Cup?

Source: Sport.ru

Sport.ru / Hockey. The hockey community has mixed feelings about Roman Rotenberg. Although, let's be honest, the vast majority does not like him. This often happens when a person without the appropriate education and experience suddenly takes over an entire industry, which SKA certainly is. Moreover, he is not going to manage the club, but to coach the team.

Of course, Rotenberg understood perfectly well that it is dangerous to play with fire, so he probably assembled a powerful coaching staff, and took on himself mainly the functions of the team's political representative. The number of ironic and angry comments under each of his speeches at press conferences is innumerable. But, on the other hand, Rotenberg attracted the attention of the audience to the club and to himself at the same time.

The club's board of directors will meet again to assess the results of the season. And whether Rotenberg will be able to remain in his post depends on what course the club decides to take. If media coverage is more important than results, then no one will look for alternatives. If the primary goal is to return the Cup to St. Petersburg, then it is certainly necessary to strengthen the sports component. Stars and a speaker are good. But a team and a collective must be molded from this. Here we need a Coach with a capital letter.

Actually, this crossroad is now the main problem of SKA. Rotenberg, by the way, can be kept, but only the public sphere can be given to him. And in sports there should be peace and quiet. The players do not aim to look bright in front of the cameras in interviews – they must show themselves on the ice. If there are results – there will be popularity. This is the example Ted Leonsis gave, recalling the period of the team’s formation under Alexander Ovechkin.
