We don't know what was promised to Bouchard but he's acting like someone that didn't get what he was promised.

They're 100% getting a French speaking coach for Laval.

There's a few candidates in the Q that I'd be happy with. Jean-François Houle might be my favorite. Éric Veilleux's another one I like.
