Leafs' Prospect/Marlies Discussion Thread!

Seriously, just go no forwards. How would the other team score on 5 dmen all on the ice at the same time?? Maybe even pull the goalie for a 6th D, for some offensive punch!

On the one hand I want Knies done as soon as possible.

On the other hand I worry that if he doesn’t win his NCAA championship this year, he’ll go back next year to try again.
 
Matthew Knies plays his first playoff game tonight. Since it’s a series of one-and-done winner-take-all games, he could be available to sign as soon as tonight if they lose.

If they advance, here’s the schedule for each of the next playoff matchups:

March 25th - Round 2
April 6th - Round 3
April 8th - Championship game

If he goes all the way to the championship, there will be three regular season games left by the time he’s done. April 10th, 11th & 14th.

Let's see just how Leafy he is.

If he makes it to Round 2, we know he's not cut from the traditional Maple Leafs cloth.
