I only watched about 10 mins of yesterdays game this tourney but Cowan created their only chances.

His tape job is an abomination though.
 
He might have cost them the game with that really dumb, obvious penalty. He's a kid so no big deal. But in general Canada needs to tone back their whole identity about being "tough" in this tournament. It makes these young guys act like idiots and it might cost them the tournament. So many stupid penalties. I thought basically every one was legit.
 
I was joking obv.

I am actually enjoying that this canada team so clearly built on hating skill can't score to save their lives and are taking a ton of gritty penalties to boot.

Missing out bro. The point of your existence is to charge too much money and give execs someone to blame in 6 months after you're gone when they just did what they wanted to do in the first place and it failed. It's fucking great.

What a dumb challenge. An IIHF ref is never calling that a good goal. They were rolling now you take a penalty for a lost challenge.
