Leafs' Prospect/Marlies Discussion Thread!

Got a few contacts higher up with Hockey Alberta that attend some Hockey Canada summits and one of the bigger topics discussed recently was the next crop of kids coming up are very individual and can't process the game at a high level
 
Is Canadian Hockey feeling the effects of the executive and board member purge? Will it be difficult to find good people willing to work for Hockey Canada given that there are very likely many more misdeeds that haven't yet been reported?
 
Hockey Canada try and win based on volume and not programs.

I see some chatter about following the American development program when in reality they should be looking at the smaller countries to understand what they are doing to close the gap
