Les Habitants Prospects Thread

Elliotte Friedman says the Luke Tuch decision is coming tomorrow but he couldn't handicap whether he's signing or going UFA.

Mesar is the Adam Oates of the CHL.
 
That’s my take too. So why not jump at a contract with a team that is thin up front? His chances elsewhere will only be worse.
 
If I’m Tuch and the Habs make me an offer, I’d take it. There is a guaranteed path to the NHL roster in our lineup if he does his part. Plus I value people that believed in me.

But I’m not Tuch, so we’ll see. But I won’t lose sleep over it.
 
Who knows maybe Tuch wants to play w his brother closer to home for his childhood team in Buf?

I do think he’s in a good position to grow and has a spot on bottom-6 with some growth including potentially helping Laval make the playoff push next weekend

Dont think Tuch is in a position to turn down a contract.

Yah, it’s not really a big deal. But the delay is curious.
