Looking more and more like a Liberal minority.
That's what CBC just projected
If the Liberals do get a minority with the NDP holding the balance, we'll be back at this before long. No way do the Liberals cooperate with the NDP, who could easily expose the fake progressive and bolster their chances next time around.
Yeah, they shed too many seats through the east and just wouldn't have the legs moving west.
I'd be happy with that but I don't think the Libs will be interested. They hold the NDP in deep contempt and would be worried about giving them any kind of governing legitimacy. There's a lot of close Lib-NDP races though that might push them to work it out rather than risk a smaller minority or none at all.Good, I'm okay with them working with the NDP. They didn't earn a full mandate again.
Speaking of the NDP, they got obliterated in Quebec.Good, I'm okay with them working with the NDP. They didn't earn a full mandate again.
If by blow you mean Bloc, I'd have a hard time seeing the Liberals working with them. The Bloc is maybe more left than the NDP (depending on who they elected). As the cbc guys note - unlikely the blow will have any interest in another election anytime soon. And that's all the votes the libs need.

Zeke's pro election analysis:
There is pretty much nothing besides hot air that's left about them.Libs are leftier than you think.
