Apparently at the last minute the US tried to introduce clauses to limit our ability to make trade deals with other countries. Fuck right off.
This isn't going to be good for my portfolio however as I've been very bullish on Canada since Carney. Oh well, short term pain if I had to bet.

One of the ideas they’ve brought up multiple times, and I’m sure they demanded again this time, is that any time Dotard fills his diaper, pitches a fit and slaps arbitrary tariffs on America’s erstwhile allies, Canada has to join them in lockstep and apply matching tariffs.
Just trying to isolate us and chip away at our sovereignty one step at a time.
