I’d be happy if municipalities just enforced the rules they do have. For the many , including Ottawa, communities outside of the TO bubble are doing fairly well, but unless the size of indoor “home” parties, wedding etc. are enforced it might not take much for Ottawa’s numbers to inch closer to the the Toronto area.

I assume so. Some fines have been handed out by by-law officers, but often it’s just warnings. Maybe it’s time to skip the warning.

So sounds like Ontario changed their criteria for the colours to be closer to the doctor recommendations.

Still doesn't sound like they want to move to actually going to a lockdown, so still just a bunch of recommendations. But something I guess.
