it’s also hilarious the amount of Americans using American constitutional arguments in their tweets.

I think it’s a fairly common thing for Americans/American tourists to hold the firm belief that no laws apply to them except US laws no matter where they happen to find themselves in the world.

Fwiw, I can't find a single source saying that the fuel was required to be given back...in fact, I'm going to go so far as saying, from my previous professional knowledge on the transportation and storage of dangerous goods, that their storage "facilities" did not meet minimum safety standards.

If Trudeau is smart he'll find a way to squash this, call an election and campaign on the threat of fascism and foreign interference in our democracy, and win a super majority.

I don't even like the guy and I would probably donate to a liberal campaign and vote early for them because of this shit. But he needs to stop being a wuss in his handling of it.
