Serious answer—no. Calling or forcing an election this soon after the last one would almost certainly backfire on Carney.

But what those numbers do mean is that he can continue to govern as if he does have a majority, without bothering to negotiate with or seek the support of other parties in parliament.
There is, also, almost zero chance that the opposition will call a non-confidence motion at this point. It would be suicidal.

The Liberals are probably the only party that has any money left with which to campaign right now. Calling a snap election to cash in on favorable poll numbers would be seen for what it is: a cynical political calculation. And the voters would punish the Liberals for it.

Now if the Cons and some other temporary coalition were to lose their minds and force an election, the voters would punish them by handing the Liberals a supermajority.
