No Excuses No Limits! The mother fucking goddamn season thread

Also I looked back on prior Leaf deadlines and noticed that what fucks us every time is that we don’t supplement our scoring. But since I signed Bertuzzi and Domi who have a combined 20 goals, I already adequately addressed that need, and so there was no point to spend a couple of picks on a guy like Toffoli, and instead I dumped like 6 picks to get bruising garbage D like Babushkin and Edmunstank, which is totally different than what the Leafs have done at past deadlines.
 
There is a small chance that we've upgraded the scoring - but ONLY if we do actually play all the young talent.

O'Reilly --> Domi
Bunting --> Bertuzzi
Kerfoot --> Robertson
Acciari --> McMann
ZAR --> Holmberg

If we play all of them then we MIGHT be better offensively.
 
I gotta say it's a bit surprising that Keefe gave up on Dewar as a C so quickly. Not that I disagree with him - he hasn't been good at evens at all, and he wasn't really a fulltime C on the Wild who were short on Cs to begin with - but it's a little bit shocking that a guy they seemed to clearly have targeted as a center add is already not a center for us, even when we have a couple injuries up front.
